Program Structure

A 4-month program with ~50 sessions featuring mentors, experts, industry leaders, and potential customers, culminating in U.S. showcase events. 

The program is supporting the founders to shape, sharp and execute their Strategy, story, market focus, Go-To-Market plans, channels, and pricing, Fundraising strategy and data room, Operations & Talent – Design execution plans, team structure, and workflows.

We back our program companies with Pre Seed funding. .

This is smart money - our investors are strategic market leaders who can be instrumental in your customer acquisition and future networking with investors.

Our extensive 16 week program offers hands-on business and operational support. It is designed to propel startups into their target markets, for customer acquisition and funding rounds. 

Founders of participating startups participate in ~ 50 sessions, including group sessions, 1:1 meetings with mentors, professionals, inventors and potential customers. 

The last week of the program brings founders to the US for the program conclusion and for their showcase event.

Our commitment extends beyond the program's duration: successful program companies are prime candidates for follow-on funding from our Ventures fund, and we continue to empower their growth with strategic guidance and key connections to investors and customers.

The Dragonfly:CA program

This program is focus on the California US market. On June 2025 the companies visit LA and SF for showcase events hosted by the Israeli Consulate in Los Angeles and by our partners UP.Partners in SF.
